Join the Music Admissions Roundtable.
The MAR has resources to facilitate communication and professional development among music admissions professionals at member institutions. Participation is limited to those working at a MAR member institution in music admissions roles. To join MAR and access the membership resources, please complete the below steps:
Step 1
Purchase the 2026-2027 annual membership for your institution.
2026-2027 MAR Membership
Who can join: Institutional music admissions and enrollment management professionals. Members are defined as institutions. Membership is not intended for individuals, private businesses, or independent consultants. MAR members from the 25-26 membership year will complete the process detailed below to renew membership for the 26-27 membership year. Please note: MAR member institutions are expected to complete the annual survey, typically sent in late spring.
Fee: $50 per institution
Due: By September 15, 2026
Membership Period: The membership period is September 1 - August 31. Membership fees paid will provide MAR Membership through August 31, 2027. Membership fees may be paid after September 15th but the membership period will still end August 31, 2027 and the fee will not be pro-rated.
Registration Instructions
The membership fee is per institution; please have one person per institution complete the registration process. Any music admission representatives from each member institution will have access to MAR member resources.
Select “1” for the quantity. If you select more than 1, you will be charged multiple membership fees.
Once you have completed the registration form, click on the shopping cart icon to continue the check out process and pay the registration fee.
Step 2
Once your institution has purchased an annual membership, persons working for a MAR member institution in music admission roles may sign up for the private membership site. You must sign-up using your institution email address and meet the below eligibility requirements to access the MAR member site:
Employed at a MAR Member Institution and your institution has paid the annual membership fee for the current year.
You are a music admission professional at a MAR Member Institution.
Accounts belonging to individuals who do not meet the above requirements and register for the MAR Member Site will be deleted. Note: Persons who already have access to the Member Site through the 25-26 membership year do not need to create a new account for the 26-27 membership year.
